Governance and finance

The Humanitarian Centre is governed by a Board of Trustees elected by the membership and drawn from a variety of backgrounds. A Members’ Advisory Group provides input into their decisions, and all member organisations are invited to nominate representatives to this group.

The Humanitarian Centre aims to be as open and transparent as possible in its dealings with member organisations, existing and potential partners and donors, and the general public.
